The centre comprises a main building and three halls.
The main building on 1 floor above the ground floor is a concrete structure (columns and beams of reinforced concrete).
The slabs are hollow core precast prestressed slabs or cast in place. Steel structure is used for the atrium and the canopy at the front façade.
The halls includes precast prestressed beams, spanning 22.50 m.
