This complex, built for the Wallonia region, includes 8 floors and 2 underground levels.

The peripheral underground wall has been executed using slurry wall elements.

The superstructure includes concrete slabs carried by flat beams allowing flexibility in the choice of the building services systems.

The top floor is partially in steel.
