The project includes two parts. The first is the renovation of an existing office building of 34000m² for the use of the European Commision. Some Structures have been reinforced for the new superimposed loads, others have been demolished and reconstructed and new footbridges have been constructed.
The second part is the transformation of an office building of 23000 m² into an apartment building.
The structural works include the addition of staircases and lift shafts, the reinforcement of slabs, the addition of two floors and openings of certain volumes for a commercial zone on the ground floor.
