221 nursing home rooms, accessible for handicapped, each of 18 m² excluded the sanitary unit. The building includes multipurpose spaces, a restaurant, a hall and a special area for people suffering of dementia.
The façade consists of load bearing prefabricated elements of architectonic concrete. The slabs are of solid concrete cast on concrete panel-decks.
The foundations are shallow footings.
