The slabs are of hollow core pretressed precast elements with topping, supported by semi precast beams. The cast in place columns are founded on spread footings.
The foundations includes reinforced concrete footings and rafts.
The deep excavation has been done using secant piles anchored to the soil on one side and a slope on the other side.
Above the parking, future residential buildings will be constructed of a total surface of approximately 50.000 m². Accept the buildings the future development includes, access ways and green spaces. This required to take into account their load on the ground floor, on the columns and on the foundations.
